Radiance Premium Suites

I had a wonderful experience staying at Radiance Premium Suites, located in the Al Barsha area of Dubai. The hotel is very conveniently located near the Insurance Market metro station, making it easy to get around the city. Since it's not directly on a main road, the rooms are quiet and free from traffic noise, which was a big plus. There are many affordable shops nearby, especially Viva, where you can buy almost everything at great prices. The hotel itself is extremely clean. The staff clean the rooms daily and are always polite and helpful. I want to give special thanks to the reception staff – they were professional and very friendly. Upon check-in, they take a 300 AED deposit, which is refunded upon check-out (this is standard in many hotels). The rooms are well-equipped with everything you need: a fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, kitchenware, and pots – so you can cook your own meals if you like. There’s also a swimming pool that guests can enjoy. The hotel is located in a great spot – roughly halfway between Dubai Marina and Burj Khalifa – so you can easily get to either location by metro or taxi. The facilities were beautiful and clean. The staff were 100% their greatest asset. So attentive and kind and accomodatingn, they really improved tge experience further. So close to metro stop and lots of convenience stores. The next stop on the metro is mall of Emirates.

Reception staff were excellent, very professional from.check in to check out. The lady Receptionist Hima was very helpful on checkout, helped with some scanning of paperwork......

I loved the location as it is very close to a supermarket that had all i need and the hotel is accessible to the metro which made my movement easier especially that i only stayed for a few days. The hotel and the room was exceptionally clean which i really loved.. Reception team has been very pleasant and accommodating especially Mr. George of the front desk who had been very helpful since day 1.. This will not be the last visit for sure.. Not to mention the corridor smell at the 1st floor was very nice, i loved the scent.. However, i hope i will get the quiet room non smoking at the highest possible floor and away from the street next time. Thank you to all the staffs who kept the hotel clean and smelling fresh..

Our family stayed here for 7 nights and it was an amazing experience. We were welcomed by the staff with a smile, they were accomodating, helpful and very friendly. They are always willing to give a hand. The location is perfect and just next to the metro, shops and restaurants. The accomodation is quite clean and presentable and has swimming pool which our family loves. We felt really comfortable like we are staying in our own home I highly recommend this suite and we will definitely stay here again if we return back to Dubai for holiday.
